Every one of our 170 bus drivers receives special customer care training, so they can look after your needs when you travel with Newport Bus. As an important part of their training, they all qualify in first aid, as part of their on-going Certificate of Professional Competence Qualification.
Also, we make sure that all of our drivers are smart and presentable, and that they wear their name badge at
all times, so you are able to know who they are.
