Our bus drivers are important to us because they are there to help you. They represent Newport Bus, our values and our commitment to you as our customers, which is why we only select the very best to get you to your chosen destinations in comfort and on time.

Every one of our 170 bus drivers receives special customer care training so they can look after your needs when you travel with Newport Bus. Just as importantly, they all receive first aid training as part of their on-going Certificate of Professional Competence Qualification.

And so that you can feel at home aboard our buses we make sure that all of our drivers are smart and presentable and that they wear a name badge so you are able to know who they are.
