As your local bus operator we want to let you know about some improvements and changes we are making to your local bus network, so that we are able to continue providing you with the best quality service. View Bus Routes & Timetables live 1st Sept 2015.

This isn’t always easy, because funding to support bus services in Wales has been reduced making it more and more difficult; but we are working hard to make sure that you are able to continue getting to and from the places you want, using our affordable, modern buses with dedicated, helpful drivers.

As part of these efforts we are making a number of improvements to some of your local services from 1st September 2015, with increased frequencies, more buses, and quicker journey times. We’re also continuing to invest in keeping your fares as low as possible, and as of 1st September, bus users who have a 'Freedom' smartcard will be entitled to a 10% discount on any ticket they buy on a Newport Bus, when using the card.

There are a number of changes coming into effect that will mean reductions in operating times on certain services. We do understand that some of our customers will be disappointed with these changes, but they are necessary in order for us to be able to provide a comprehensive bus network. We are dedicated to continue maintaining the lowest fares possible, which we know is important to our customers.

We are proud to be your local bus operator and will continue to invest in your buses and bus services so that we provide a bus network built on value and customer satisfaction.
