Introducing Service 207 from Thornbury - Newtown to our Network

From 5th August 2024, Newport Bus will continue its expansion into Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire by introducing route 207 to the network.
The local service will travel between Thornbury and Newtown via Thornbury Health Centre, Falfield, Stone, Newport, and Newtown strengthening our partnership with Gloucestershire County Council, further expanding the company's network of services.
Fares for the service depend on how far you travel, but for regular customers, we've introduced Thornbury District tickets which allow unlimited travel on route 207 for one day, one week or 4 weeks. (Click here for fare structure).
All services will accept contactless payment for single and day tickets and mobile tickets via the Newport Bus app for days, weekly and 4-weekly tickets. If you are using cash, you'll need to have the correct fare as our drivers are not able to give change.
