Changes to Route 30 from 5th January 2025

From 5 January 2025, we’re making changes to route 30, making it more reliable due to the traffic conditions currently experienced along the route.
These changes apply to journeys operated by both ourselves and Cardiff Bus.
Please see any revisions made below:
- Monday to Friday: The timetable is completely revised. In particular, the 21:10 journey from Newport and the 20:10 & 22:10 journeys from Cardiff will operate 5 minutes earlier. There are also new early morning journeys from Newport at 05:50 and from Cardiff at 05:25. More time has been added to most journeys (particularly at peak times) to allow the timetable to be more reliable. Please check the timetable.
- Saturday: Minor changes to the timetable. In particular, the 21:10 journey from Newport and the 20:10 & 22:10 journeys from Cardiff will operate 5 minutes earlier.
- Sunday: Minor changes to the timetable.
