We're sorry to hear of the impact of the recent floods in Monmouth. We're proud to serve the town. Our thoughts are with all those affected.
We know that transport won't be the primary concern for most people but we know for others, getting about by bus is still important.
All our services have returned to using Monmouth Bus Station and their normal routes.
Save money & support Monmouth
From Monday 17 November 2025 we're reducing the price of our Monmouth District tickets.
- An adult day ticket is reduced from £6.30 to £4
- An adult weekly ticket is reduced from 18.90 to £13.
The district tickets allows unlimited travel on any Newport Bus service in the wider Monmouth area up to and including: Llandogo, Raglan, St Weonards and Trellech. You can buy the tickets on our app or from your driver using card or cash.

Lost bus passes
If you've lost your over 60's or disabled bus pass or you need a new one, you can order a new one with Transport for Wales. Click here or call 03003 034 240
If you've lost your MyTravelPass, you can order a new one by calling 0300 200 22 33
If you've lost your school bus pass issued by Monmouthshire County Council, you can order a new one by calling 01633 644777
Lost/damaged phones
