Route 15/16 changed to 16A/C with new journeys.

Route 15 and route 16 are re-numbered 16A (anticlockwise) and 16C (clockwise) to help explain which way buses go around Monnow Way.
The bus at 0617 from Bettws will now run 11 minutes earlier at 0606, arriving in the city centre at 0625 and allowing connections with other routes departing at 0630. This journey no longer continues to St. Woolos or Royal Gwent Hospital.
New early morning and early evening journeys have been added on Mondays to Saturdays and on Mondays to Fridays, buses will now run every 15 minutes.
