Minor changes to route X74/74 and addition of a Sunday service

The timetable has been changed to improve reliability due to 20mph speed limits along parts of the route. We’ve added new morning and evening
journeys on Saturdays.
A new Sunday service is also starting, thanks to funding from Monmouthshire County Council.
