Road Closure: Route 65 at Llanishen

On Thursday 31 July 2025, there will be a road closure between Llanishen and Trellech. As a result there will be some significant diversions and revised times on route 65 as follows:

• The 0635 journey from Chepstow will operate as normal
• The 0735 journey from Monmouth will operate as normal
• The 0835 journey from Chepstow will operate its normal route as far as Cobblers Plain then operate on diversion via Llansoy and Raglan to Monmouth. The section of route between Llanishen and Lydart will not be served.
• The 1035 journey from Monmouth will operate as normal to Trellech (Lion Hotel) then continue via Trellech Primary School and the Peckett Stone main road to Monmouth.
• There will be a 1125 journey from Monmouth that will operate on diversion via Raglan and Llansoy to resume the normal route at Cobblers Plain. The section of route between Lydart and Llanishen will not be served.
• There will be a 1225 journey from Chepstow that will operate its normal route as far as Cobblers Plain then operate on diversion via Llansoy and Raglan to Monmouth. The section of route between Llanishen and Lydart will not be served.
• There will be a 1325 journey from Monmouth that  will operate as normal to Trellech (Lion Hotel) then continue via Trellech Primary School and the Peckett Stone main road to Monmouth.
• There will be a 1425 journey from Monmouth will operate on diversion via Raglan and Llansoy to resume the normal route at Cobblers Plain. The section of route between Lydart and Llanishen will not be served.
• From 1530 all journeys will operate as normal.
