Viewing the timetable for service 9A, 9C

Multi Road Closure on 30th August 2026 Affecting Routes 9A, 9C, 30, 32, 33

Today 11:00 - 13:00

Between 11:00 - 13:00 on Sunday 30 August 2026, Harrow Road, Corporation Road after Maindee Primary School, Bus Lane on town bridge, Usk Way (inner lane), Kingsway and Cormmercial Road will be closed for an event, affecting routes 9A 9C 30 32 33. During this time diversions are in place.

-Route 9A from Newport will divert via Maindee and Wharf Road. The inbound journey will operate as normal.

-Route 9C from Newport will operate as normal. During its inbound journey, it will operate as normal to Corporation Road, then divert via Wharf Road and Maindee where it will then operate as normal back to the bus station.

-Route 30 from Newport will divert via Usk Way to the SDR passing the Transporter Bridge, Docks Way and Mon Bank, where it will then turn onto Cardiff Road and return its normal route to Cardiff.

-Route 30 From Cardiff will operate its normal route to Cardiff Road where it will then divert via Mon Bank, Docks Way, Via the SDR and left onto Usk Way where it will resume its normal route to Newport Bus Station.

-Route 32 from Newport will operate to Usk Way and via the SDR, via Docks Way and operate its normal route to Duffryn.

-Route 32 from Duffryn will operate its normal route to 28 East Retail Park, divert back down Docks Way, via the SDR, left onto Usk Way and operate to Newport Bus Station.

-Route 33 from Newport will divert via Usk Way to the SDR passing the Transporter Bridge, Docks Way and Mon Bank, where it will then turn onto Cardiff Road and return its normal route to Duffryn.

-Route 33 from Duffryn will operate its normal route to Cardiff Road where it will then divert via Mon Bank, Docks Way, Via the SDR and left onto Usk Way where it will resume its normal route to Newport Bus Station.
