Diversion affecting the R1 service 16/10 -19/10

16th - 19th Oct 2026

Due to the road closure of Glasllwch Crescent on Friday 16th October from 19:30 - Monday 19th October at 5:00. The R1 service will be diverting via High Cross affecting inbound journeys only.

The service will be unable to serve Glasllwch Cresent stop and divert via High Cross Lane, High Cross Drive, Tudor Crescent, Ebenezer Drive, Tregwilym Road then on to Bassaleg Road, Western Avenue, Melbourne Way and then proceed onto Risca Road.
