Buying fares

You can buy single and day tickets from the driver on all our buses. 

• You can use cash or contactless. If you’re using cash, you’ll need the exact fare as our drivers don’t give change. Just drop your coins or notes into the slot next to the driver.
• Day tickets and longer duration tickets can be bought on our app. You can buy tickets in advance and activate them when you are ready. When you board scan the QR code on the ticket machine. For more information on buying tickets on our app, click here. 

Discount fares for under 21s or over 60s

If you are aged 5-21 you are eligible to reduced price fares of just £1 single and £3 day on all our services in Wales and for travel to/from Wales on services that cross the border. Find our more at here

If you are aged 60 or over in Wales or when you reach state pension age in England, you can apply for an Older Persons Bus Pass. You can also apply if you have certain disabilities. Find out more here
